Our Intensive and Pre-Professional level students audition annually to join our Competition group, where they participate in world-renowned ballet competitions and take master classes from esteemed adjudicators.
YAGP
Youth American Grand Prix reaches over 10,000 dance students annually by holding workshops, scholarship auditions, master classes and audition classes in 25 U.S cities and 8 international locations. Each season culminates in the week-long New York Finals, where more than 1,200 of the world’s most promising dancers receive in-depth mentoring and greater scholarship, professional, and performance opportunities.
UBC
Universal Ballet Competition is a leading student ballet competition, growing rapidly across the US. Founded by acclaimed dancers Lissette Salgado and David Lucas, UBC brings together top talent, expert judges, and unique opportunities. UBC was the first to offer online auditions, helping talented students connect with college and professional programs. Since its inception, UBC has awarded millions in scholarships and mentored countless dancers.
As innovators, UBC was the first ballet competition to hold online auditions, bridging the gap between talented college-level students and recruitment opportunities. This online platform allowed college, university, and professional school directors to observe classes during the competition and award scholarships to dancers who met their criteria for acceptance into their programs.
